A worship leader who plans services does not need to see your accounting. A youth worker who runs a course does not need your giving records. Harvest is built around that: you promote someone to admin and then choose what they can reach.

Adding an admin

Go to CRM → Roles and press Add Admin. Your plan sets how many admin seats you have — the page shows how many you have used.

How access works

Each permission unlocks one area. Someone with only Manage CRM sees your people; they do not see accounting, courses or the blog.

Sections a person cannot use are hidden entirely

Harvest does not show a nav full of locked buttons. If an admin has no permission in a whole section, that section does not appear for them at all.

The permissions

Exact permissions shift as Harvest grows. The Permission Reference inside the Roles page always shows the current list with a description of each.

Full access

Gives every permission, including ones added later. Useful for a co-pastor or an operations lead; worth being sparing with otherwise.

Owner

The person who created the church. They cannot be removed and always have full access.
