Notes are available on Pro and Ministry.
Notes is where your team writes — meeting minutes, planning documents, policies, sermon outlines, the thinking behind a decision. It is internal by default. Nothing here is visible to your congregation unless you choose to share it.

Writing

A full editor with headings, formatting and structure. Notes save as you type.

What you can do with a note

This is the part worth knowing, because it saves retyping:

Share with admins

Your team sees it. Your congregation does not.

Creates a public link anyone can open. Press again to stop sharing — the link stops working immediately.

Share to livestream

An outline you wrote in the week reaches the screen on Sunday.

Send to a blog draft

When a note turns out to be worth publishing.
And export as PDF, Word or Markdown.

Sharing on the web, carefully

A public link is genuinely public — anyone with it can read the note, with no sign-in.Revoking works immediately and completely: the old link stops resolving. But anything already read has been read. Do not put pastoral or personal information in a note you then publish.
The link itself is long and random — it cannot be guessed from another note’s link.

Pinning and organising

Pin the notes your team reaches for most so they stay at the top. Rename and delete from the same menu.

A note is not a policy store

For anything legally significant — safeguarding policy, constitution, insurance — keep the authoritative copy where your trustees expect it and use Harvest for the working version. Notes are excellent for the work; they are not a records management system.
