Exactly what each plan includes, with the real numbers.
Four plans. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly — quarterly saves 10%, yearly saves over 20%.Current prices are on theharvest.site.
Free’s contact allowance is higher than Plus’s, deliberately. Free is built for an evangelist discipling people one at a time, and that person often knows a lot of people before they need any of the church tooling.
Event registration is Ministry only. Publishing an event and taking signups for it needs the Ministry plan. Lower plans can still see the events their church posts to the feed.
Harvest takes 0% of your giving on every plan, including Free. No application fee, no revenue share. This is structural, not a promotion — your giving goes through your own payment links and never touches us.
If you join Ministry at the early bird price, you stay at that price. Raising the price later applies to new subscriptions only — it does not move anyone already subscribed.
Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time.
Cancelling ends your subscription immediately, not at the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel mid-month you lose the rest of that month. Downgrade instead if you want to keep access until your term ends.
Harvest tells you at the moment you hit it, not afterwards. If you go over a limit by downgrading — say you have eight courses and move to Pro’s five — you keep what you have. You just cannot add more until you are under the cap again.Sections your plan does not include are hidden entirely rather than shown locked. You will not find a nav full of buttons that lead to an upgrade prompt.
