Harvest does not give you a payment account. It points your congregation at the ones you already have.
Supported providers
You can add as many as you like. Members choose whichever suits them.
Adding a link
Go to Donations and add the public link for each account — your PayPal.me address, your Revolut link, and so on.
Add at least two. Some of your congregation will have one and not the other, and a second option costs you nothing.
Where they appear
Once added, your links show up:
- In the member app, under Give
- On a fundraising campaign’s page
- On a paid event’s registration page, if you chose that provider for the event
Choosing providers per event
When you create a paid event you pick which of your links apply to it. You might take conference tickets through Revolut only, and general giving through everything.
What Harvest does not do
Harvest cannot verify that a payment arrived, cannot see amounts, and cannot refund anyone. Your payment provider is the source of truth for all three. If a member says they gave and your PayPal disagrees, your PayPal is right.
After a gift arrives
Record it so it counts. Recording a gift takes about thirty seconds per gift and keeps every total in Harvest correct.
