What makes it different from a general chatbot

It answers from what your church teaches. If your discipleship course explains baptism a particular way, that is the answer a member gets — not a generic one. You control what shapes those answers.

Managing its sources

An admin with the AI knowledge permission decides what Ask Harvest draws on. Add your courses, your teaching notes and any document you want it to reference.
Start with your core discipleship material. A small, accurate set of sources gives better answers than everything you have ever written.

What members see

A chat, with suggested questions to start from — things like What does the Bible say about anxiety? or Explain John 3:16 in depth. Each member’s conversation history is their own.

Be clear with your congregation

The app says so itself, and it is worth repeating from the front: Ask Harvest can make mistakes. It is a study aid, not a pastor, and it does not replace your teaching or your pastoral care.

  • It cannot see your CRM, your giving or your private notes
  • It cannot answer for your church on pastoral matters
  • It cannot act — it answers questions, it does not do things
