# Forms and signups

> Collect information from your congregation, and see who enrolled.

## Forms

Forms collect information — a connect card, a volunteer application, a pastoral request, a survey after a conference.

Build a form with the field types you need, publish it, and share the link or embed it in the member app. Submissions land in Harvest and you can export them.

## Signups

Signups are for the things people put their name down for — a serving team, a small group, a trip, a rota you are not ready to build properly yet.

You can see who enrolled, with their contact details, and export the list.

  Signups are available on **every plan, including Free**. For an evangelist discipling one person at a time, signups plus courses is the whole product.
</Note>

## Where submissions go

Both forms and signups feed your **CRM**. Somebody who fills in a connect card becomes a contact, and from there they can be invited, added to a rota, or sent a course.

This is the point of having them in one place — the person who filled in a card on Sunday is the same record as the person on your rota in March.
